- Sean Surla has been working on oyster restoration in the Chesapeake Bay area since 2021. Through the collective efforts of the project’s partners, interns, and affiliates, this work aims to educate and transform the perspectives of local community members and stakeholders on the importance of biodiversity in the bay, with the mission of creating healthy environments for both people and oysters.
